• Commissioned art is for personal use only. You can use it for profile pictures, as banners, and post it freely, but may NOT use it to make or gain a profit in any way. If you would like to use the art for commercial purposes, please state so and we can figure out a price!

• I am allowed to post the art I make for you as examples on any of my social, and/or include them in my portfolio, unless specifically requested otherwise. I will put the commissioned art in my portfolio unless you specifically ask me not to.

• You may not use the artwork you commissioned from me to train A/I or put my artwork through any A/I engine for any reason.

• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that prices are subject to change depending on the complexity and design of the character(s), and any additional add-ons, props, or design elements you may want to include.

• For my designs and customs, you may resell, trade or gift them 1 week (7 days) after you have purchased the design. You may not resell the design for more then you paid for it unless more art is added. Once you have bought the design you may redesign, edit, and add things to it, but do not claim the credits as your own.

• I have every right to decline your request to commission me if I feel I cannot complete the commission or I am uncomfortable with the subject matter/character.

• Please wait patiently for your commission to be drawn. You are free to ask when you think I will be done, and for updates as many times as you would like, however I do not do rush orders/have no rush fee. Please allow me 4-21 days (depending on the commission and complexity) to complete your commission. I have a job and am a full-time college student so I have many responsibilities, so please be understandable!

• Reposting, sharing, and using the art for profile pictures and banners is completely fine, just be sure to credit me: @Fyre-Fli almost everywhere!

• At least half (50%) of the payment must be sent after the digital lineart is approved.
─── ⋆⋅☼⋅⋆ ───
• If for some reason you need to cancel your commission after you have paid half, and I have not completed your commission, then you will receive the art in the condition it is in at that point (lineart, half-colored, etc.) I will not do refunds in this situation.

• If for some reason I cannot complete the commission for any reason, I will do a partial refund depending on how much of the commission is completed, and you will receive the partially completed commission.

• Be kind. Any rude, aggressive, or hateful behavior can and will result in me not accepting or canceling your commission.

•Once I have accepted your commission, I will begin the sketch, usually traditionally. I will then get the approval of the customer before continuing to do the digital lineart. After the digital lineart is approved at least half of the payment must be sent. I will update you again after color and after shading ! You are allowed to ask for as many updates as you want, however please give me 1 day (24 hours) between each update to make progress.

• Before I start the shading process, you may ask for as many changes to the artwork as you desire. After I begin to shade, no changes can be asked for unless it is about the lighting, shading, or background.

• Once the final commission is accepted and fully completed, I can deliver the image or animation through email, toyhou.se , or messaging. No physical product will be delivered.
